Returns & Refunds Policy

At Inhika, we love every product of ours and insist that you love it too!  If you're unhappy for any reason whatsoever, just let us know and we'll bend over backwards to make things right again.

We are so confident of our products, that we offer you 365 days money back return policy!


In rare cases, where you wish to return or exchange full or partial order either because order is not as per the specifications or product did not meet the desired expectations, you may place a request for return or exchange by sending us an email at with your order number in subject, image of the particular areas of fabric, lace, tassel, dupatta where there is an issue, and a brief write-up within 365 days from the date of placing the order.

The refund shall be subject to conditions detailed in clauses no 1 and 2.

Note: Products bought on Sale are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective. 

I want to return the product as it is Defective or Damaged Product

In case of defective or damaged products, customers will be eligible for 100% refund including shipping charges that they pay for returning the product.

 What will be considered a damaged for defective product:

A. When significantly inconsistent visual appearance in terms of print, texture or colors or work is visible right at the time of product first unpacked

B. The material is abruptly torn and is not usable

C. The work is loosely woven or embroidered in part or areas, or weave is damaged or torn

What is not covered as damage or defect:

A. Slight colour variation. Colour always varies from screen to screen and hence there may be  some difference in what you see online vs the real product.

B. Colour Bleed – Some materials are prone to colour bleeding upto few washes. Wash Care instruction is mentioned on each product page. Kindly follow the same. 

How to return a damaged or defective product:

  1. Once we receive your email for return, we will reply to you within 2 working days with return number.
  2. Once your return is approved, kindly pack the product and ensure the following:
    1. The tags on the product should be intact.
    2. The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched and in an undamaged condition.
    3. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
  3. If possible we will arrange for a pick up from the delivery address. If that is not possible, you will need to return it via India Post and send us an image of the India Post AWB receipt.
  4. Once your product is received, we will inspect the same. Once return is accepted, we will send your refund within 2 working days.
  5. Any discount that you might have availed on the product will be adjusted before refund.


A. Any request of exchange shall be fulfilled subject to the availability of the fabric in the inventory on the date of receipt of returned order/products.
Exchange of products shall be calculated on the net payable price of the item(s) and not on MRP. 

I want to return as I have changed my mind or I Did Not Like The Product

No problem! In all such instances when a customer changed their mind, or the fabrics didn’t meet their set expectations, and wish to return part or whole of the order, Inhika shall accept returns for the material, given that returned products should be in original condition, unused, unstiched, unwashed and with original tags and original packaging.

In such cases, customer shall bear the full shipping charges, and there shall be no reverse pick-up facility to avail. Once we receive the product back, and refund is approved, you will receive Inhika coupon worth the same amount as that of the product with 1 year validity OR money back. 



1. You can cancel an order until it has not been shipped out of our Warehouse which is notified through an email within 24 to 48 hours from placing an order. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid shall be credited back into the requested bank account.

2. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by calling us on our customer care number

3. You can cancel the order by calling us on the customer care number

4. If you had selected Cash on Delivery at the time of placing order, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 4-5 days from the time of order cancellation.
